Our microfluted nested tray range offers both strong sustainability as well as a high level of practicality and structural integrity. The recyclable and industrially compostable range is also available in a range of size and colour options for total versatility and can accommodate a broad range of soft fruit, berries and small vegetables.

Sustainability

Microflute trays carry more recycled content than Cartonboard and are widely recyclable. (Virgin material is also FSC certified).

Bespoke

The size and shape options available are almost unlimited with many trays being developed for specific packaging applications.

Closure options

We offer various closure options including an innovative heat-seal process (info), flow-wrap options, ‘linerless’ lids and netted trays.

Strong rigidity

The structure of microflute provides impressive strength and rigidity, particularly compared with other card-based options.

Supply chain

Our microflute trays are available on just an 8 week lead time. We also oversee rigorous and accurate stock management.
