We partnered with Honest Burgers to supply branded takeaway burger and meal boxes. The primary objectives were to utilise sustainable materials but also make use of our extremely reliable supply chain as well as unlock significant cost savings.
We worked with Azzurri Group to design and supply new takeaway pasta bowls for its Zizzi and ASK Italian brands. We created a fully redesigned product with greatly improved branding, increased heat-retention, and robust sustainability credentials.
We worked with renowned pub chain Brewdog to supply a contemporary range of recyclable takeaway packaging. This packaging collection included their ‘hoppy meal’ meal box, fries container, nugget box as well as greaseproof lining paper.
Utilising the innovative material technology behind our award-winning ‘Crave’ foodservice packaging range, we supplied a number of packaging designs to Wild Bean Cafe. These product trays have been featured across many of their savoury bakery products.
Westpak worked alongside Gourmet Burger Kitchen to supply a redesigned selection of takeaway and home-delivery packaging that would provide both costs savings and enhanced durability whilst also maintaining excellent packaging sustainability.
Caffè Nero is one of the biggest coffee shop chains in the UK with well over six-hundred locations. Utilising our highly reliable supply chain, we were recently able to supply these recyclable kraft-based salad bowls to feature alongside their food food ranges.
We created this card-based box for the iconic Pink Lady brand of apples. These boxes offer a range of sustainability benefits and feature truly vibrant and eye-catching branding. These boixes have also have appeared in-store at at branches of Costco.
Since appearing in the UK in 2017, Wingstop have already gown to be an incredibly popular fast food chain. We were pleased to help the brand with their supply of branded drink cups for their UK restaurants through our highly reliable and efficient supply chain.

We worked with The Celtic Bakers to supply these branded HDPE packaging bags for their delicious breads! The Celtic Bakers are one of London’s leading producers of hand-crafted breads, cakes and patisserie, supplying top restaurants, delis, cafes and food halls.
We created a full range of packaging for The Fat Pizza’s rapidly expanding network of pizza outlets. Using our in-house design service, we created an eye-catching packaging collection including pizzas boxes, burger boxes, carry-out bags, grease-proof papers and cups.
Westpak supplied a selection of takeaway packaging for Auntie Anne’s including both food and beverage items. These vibrant red coffee cups were also joined by fully-branded foil-lined takeaway bags and takeaway paper carry bags with twisted handles.
These microflute punnets were supplied to Tesco for their ‘British King Cherry’ range. A highly sustainable material, this card-based produce punnet provided a fantastic alternative to plastic while maintaining practicality and packaging rigidity.
Following a refinement of the brand’s visual identity, Caffè Concerto needed new takeaway coffee packaging to encapsulate a sense of luxury. Gold foil block printing was incorporated into the design – requiring fine detail while not sacrificing legibility.
Westpak were given the fantastic opportunity to help enhance the level of packaging sustainability for one of Costco’s core fresh produce ranges. We were challenged to providing a redesign of their ‘gold and green’ Zespri kiwi punnets.
Co-op were looking to introduce a range of hydroponically grown lettuces and were keen to find a paper packaging option. But this presented a distinct challenge – how would it withstand the high moisture level without losing structural rigidity?
The packaging for Chicken Cottage’s new ice cream range needed to convey strong branding while abiding to their product sustainably considerations. This also required seamless logistical processes and timely delivery for their product launch date.
We were delighted to recently work with Taiko Foods, supplying these highly sustainable Salmon Poke bowls to feature in Waitrose & Partners. This packaging design features a card-based exterior in addition to a central dipping sauce container.
We were thrilled to supply these foodservice packets for sandwiches and wraps at The Making of Harry Potter at Warner Bros. Studio Tour. Manufactured from card, these packets have wonderful branding to perfectly complement their surroundings.
These microflute trays provided a highly practical and durable packaging solution for Waitrose & Partners’ green and gold kiwis. In addition, these sustainable card trays were also able to offer a completely plastic-free packaging solution.
Annabel’s previous wooden strawberry packaging required a large amount of energy to produce and wasn’t readily recyclable. The challenge was swapping this for a plastic-free alternative that would still be strong, ‘brandable’ and easily recyclable.
We revisited our Orchard World Citrus Boxes for online grocery retailer Ocado to accommodate a vibrant branding and design refresh. It was also vital to maintain the packaging design’s strong level of sustainability and range of highly practical features.
We supplied these card-based berry punnets to Berry Makers, who have been growing berries from their farms in Surrey and Berkshire for over 50 years. These beautifully designed punnets offer excellent sustainability benefits and carry vivid, impactful branding.
M&S needed a more sustainably-aware packaging solution for its organic bananas – one that would offer a significant reduction in plastic while still effortlessly conveying their branding and without detracting from the freshness of the produce itself.
Abel & Cole wanted to move completely away from plastic packaging and embrace a more environmentally-conscious product. On a practical level, they also required punnets that would suit their unique way of storing and packing produce.
Secretts were producing high quality produce, but didn’t feel their packaging was adequate. They wanted to move away from plain packaging and move to printed punnets and boxes that would be instantly recognisable and attract the buyers for high end eateries.
Waitrose’s ‘UnPacked’ initiative would pioneer a new, hihgly sustainable shopping experience. Waitrose needed plastic-free packaging to transport fruit, look right when merchandised and provide a way for shoppers to practically transport the produce home.
This project was perfectly positioned for us to utilise our already highly organised and reliable supply chain. By working with our network of expert suppliers and manufacturers we were able to provide the ideal solution with a real focus on efficiency and dependability.
